This recipe calls for:
- 1 box of Angel Foodcake
- 1 can of light cherry pie filling
In a large bowl, combine the powdered cake mix with the cherry pie filling. Mix by hand until pink and mousse like. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan (or any kind of decorative pan) with an oil non-stick spray, and add the pink fluffy mixture to the pan evenly. Heat the oven to the temperature it calls for on the box of cake and set for 50-60 minutes, or until edges are light brown, and a toothpick comes out clean. Cut in to small squares and ENJOY!
Voila! A delicious light snack!
ALSO, f you’re not a cherry fan, you can substitute light blueberry pie filling, or apple pie filling and sprinkle with cinnamon. Either way, it’s absolutely amazing and the whole family will love it!
