We’re springing ahead and preparing for summer, so who’s fitting in their exercise?! Last week’s article was about how to conquer the excuses of not exercising and giving helpful tips to start! The best thing about daylight savings is that it gives us an extra hour after work for a nice walk, or a cooler morning if you like exercising outside. Spring is coming and the sun is shining and soon it will be shorts weather! Time to get out those old shorts and tank tops and hopefully not be busting out of them! 🙂 We have all been focusing on our fitness and health goals for almost 4 months now, we should be feeling better about ourselves, feeling stronger, making wiser choices, and living a healthy balanced lifestyle! Keep it up!
