De-Stressing For A Healthy New You
Start fresh with a variety of healthy foods every day. Keep things fun and interesting with trying new healthy recipes that you can find online or in health magazines. Don’t skip meals, and don’t forget your 8 glasses or more of water each day!
There is 24 hours in a day, find the time for at least 30 minutes or more a day to do something you love and enjoy. It will make you feel happy and help you center yourself and recollect your thoughts for whatever the day may bring you. What makes you happy? A nice bubble bath? Maybe reading a good book with a cup of tea, taking a dancing or cardio class, or anything that will put a smile on your face!
Start thinking positive, and stop punishing yourself for past mistakes. Accepting who you are and your personality can help you feel more relaxed and help you embrace your strengths which ultimately leaves you feeling DE-STRESSED!
Don’t forget to reward yourself! When you work hard in the office, at home with the family, or hard in the gym, don’t forget that rewarding yourself is part of a healthy balanced lifestyle. Buy yourself a ridiculously expensive pair of runners or a new outfit. Host a girls’ night in with expensive wine and delicious healthy snacks. Go for a day at the spa, or do something just for fun!
