Perhaps not the healthiest healthy meal (there’s a tablespoon of creme fraiche in here) but what a great way to cook beans. This could be my new fave veg dish, attempted for the first time this weekend. Try it and see what you think. Oh, yeah, you can add steak too if you want. Added benefit – quick and easy!
(AND if you really want to know the creme fraiche nutritional content (1 tbsp) – 5.5g fat, 20mg cholesterol, 5mg sodium and 10mg calcium. Well worth it…or replace with sour cream 🙂 )
