Put another way – leading an inactive lifestyle is just as bad for your health as smoking!! Yikes!! Talk about an impact statement! I attended a presentation with Michael Boyce, VP of GoodLife Fitness, yesterday which raised this comparison. Michael spoke to how making small, positive healthy choices can result in BIG rewards!!
