Alcohol Calorie Calculator

An article in BBC Health reminds readers that alcohol is full of empty calories with little to no nutritional value. Literature and government guidelines tell us that light to moderate consumption of alcohol is crucial to a healthy lifestyle. If you are someone who does enjoy a drink occasionally, it’s important to consider how many calories are in that drink and that those empty calories can substantially contribute to weight gain. The World Cancer Research Fund has created an Alcohol Calorie Calculator which shows how many chocolate digestive biscuits would need to be consumed for equivalent caloric intake. Perhaps your caloric indulgences aren’t a chocolate biscuit, however this calculator also gives you a good idea how long you must briskly walk to burn off those calories.

*An impressive share, I just given this onto a colleague who was performing a little analysis on this. And he in fact bought me breakfast because I located it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and really like reading a lot more on this subject. If possible, as you become expertise, would you mind updating your blog with a lot more details? It is highly beneficial for me. Big thumb up for this blog post!
