Baked Parmesan Tomatoes

Simple recipes with fresh ingredients are always the best in my opinion! This quick and easy snack is delicious on its own or try it in a sandwich.


  • 4 tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheeseparmesan tomatoes
  • 1 tsp of fresh of dried oregano
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Preheat oven to 450° F.
  • Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Top with parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake until tomatoes or tender, about 15 minutes.
