Baked Parmesan Tomatoes
Simple recipes with fresh ingredients are always the best in my opinion! This quick and easy snack is delicious on its own or try it in a sandwich.
- 4 tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of fresh of dried oregano
- 4 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Top with parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake until tomatoes or tender, about 15 minutes.
