Navigating Your Pregnancy Safely While Keeping Your Flowing Yoga Practice

The workshop will consist of:

A discussion on many of the physical changes that happen during pregnancy and how these changes affect your yoga practice.

A discussion about the “Do’s and Don’ts” of yoga poses and pranayama to keep you and your baby safe and giving you a vocabulary of alternate poses to confidently take with you into yoga classes.

We will finish with a flowing yoga practice.

This workshop is suitable for those conceiving, already pregnant, as well as yoga teachers wanting to learn more about how to keep their pregnant students safe.
