This is an easy and yummy recipe that makes a great summer snack to cool you down on those really hot days. A healthier alternative to popsicles or ice cream and it’s super simple, the only ingredient is watermelon!
- Puree 6 cups of seedless watermelon in a blender
- Pour into a shallow conatiner and freeze
- Take it out of the freezer and let thaw slightly so that you are able to mash it up with a fork
- Scoop into bowls and serve!
