‘Tis the Season for Gratitude

As we continue to focus on gratitude and spiritual wellness for the month of December, we are fortunate to have gained the perspective of another Spiritual Care Provider at UHN, Alex Horsky. As the article presented describes, the holiday season is the perfect time for gratitude and bringing awareness and attention to the spirit of giving, reciprocity, appreciation, connection and reflection. Gratitude is an attitude- one that we want to incorporate in our work lives at UHN and in our personal lives as we celebrate with family and friends. May this be a time to be grateful for the blessings within our personal lives as well as the gifts that exist at UHN as part of each person’s contribution to patient care. Thank you again Alex for your insight and perspective!
